He’s referring to Gibson’s poor quality control. All their “custom shop” guitars are made the same way as their standards.

sometimes a Les Paul Special will sound better than a Les Paul Custom. There Guitars vary in quality from Guitar to Guitar.

Their QA is reportedly not as good as you’d expect for the price.

u can tell it ain’t fake cos the headstock is angled, but i can see what you mean the gold finish on the hardware looks kina worn out for only a 4-5 year old guitar

Really nice sounding guitar, and played well. It’s a lil’ gaudy in appearance, but not too bad. I love the heaviness (literally) of Les Pauls, it just adds to the thickness of the overall sound.

Instead of mother of pearl, it’s white plastic used as a substitute.

theirs fake gibsons out their dude china copys for 300 comes with all gibson papers and hardcase and stuff..i was just saying for some reason that looks like a fake les paul. ive got a 82 lp custom and seen some fakes that my buds own that are almost identical
